Job summary

Beacon Communities LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for Center Court I & II in Niagara Falls, NY. This entry-level role supports a variety of maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building upkeep.

Responsibilities include assisting with turnover work, basic repairs, painting, and seasonal grounds maintenance. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and/or carpentry.
• Basic familiarity with cellphones and tablets.
• Maintains a valid driver's license.
• Ability to speak and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with turnover-related duties to make ready apartments on schedule.
• Perform basic carpentry tasks and drywall/paint touch-ups as directed.
• Assist with cleaning, repairs, and routine maintenance across the property.
• Monitor inventory and relay supply needs to supervisor.
• Handle on-call urgent needs and off-hours lockouts as assigned.
