Holiday Inn Niagara Falls in Niagara Falls, NY is seeking a part-time Maintenance Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical/electrical systems and for the upkeep of the property, FF&E, grounds, and related facilities.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing, roofing, and landscaping, with the ability to troubleshoot and lift up to 75 pounds. Snow removal duties may be required in winter.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing, roofing, and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating and cooling, structural, facilities, ground and parking areas.
• Respond promptly to service requests from guests, employees, and management; repair or replace interior fixtures and furnishings.
• Implement ongoing Preventive Maintenance program.
