Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0 - 3 years experience in Industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment, and/or equivalent military experience.
• Beginner proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding and rigging.
• Commitment to continuous learning; effective oral and written communication.
• 2-year technical degree in engineering or industrial maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine inspections.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• May assist in managing the machines’ performance by doing equipment setup and production changeovers.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns in a timely manner; maintain work records and prepare clear oral and written reports.
• Follow safety standards and quality protocols to ensure production reliability.
• Collaborate with production associates to resolve problems with reliability and urgency.
