Responsibilities

• Check settings, gauge readings, and sensors regularly to keep machines operating at proper specifications.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines according to documented requirements.
• Make visual and audible observations to detect abnormalities and report them.
• Tighten bolts and inspect belts and chains for wear and proper tension.
• Perform simple machinist duties including cleaning, lubrication, and oil changes.
• Restore machines to correct operating functions and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain records of all maintenance work on equipment and machines.
