Maintenance Technician | Automation Technician | Controls Technician
We are seeking experienced Maintenance, Automation, and Controls Technicians. Multiple opportunities are available across various industries, focusing on different equipment types.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain or perform controls on equipment such as injection molding presses, stamping presses, CNC machines, conveyors, sensors, vision systems, photo eyes, cameras, and robotic equipment (ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, Panasonic, OTC, Motoman, and others). Applications include welding, pick and place, material handling, painting, resistance welding, sealing, and more.
- Work with software systems including Allen Bradley, Siemens V7, RS Logic 5000, Studio Logic 5000, Omron, Mitsubishi, among others.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance.
- Read, edit, troubleshoot, debug, and potentially program logic controllers.
- Use blueprints, schematics, and specifications to wire, install, and replace components, and repair machinery to meet specifications and codes.
- Assist in machine start-ups, testing functions, safety devices, and verifying proper operation.
- Collect input from operators, technicians, and supervisors for troubleshooting and work evaluation.
- Implement process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in welding, fitting, fabricating, and manual machining is preferred.
Shift Times:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (8 hours) or 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (10 hours), with flexibility for extended hours.
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM or 2:30 PM - 2:30 AM, with flexible start times.
- 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM or 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM, with flexible start times.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $35.00 - $50.00
- Overtime: Time and a half after 40 hours, double time on Sundays.
