Job summary

O’Neil Digital Solutions seeks a Maintenance Technician I for first shift to support production and facilities. The role covers installation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of equipment to meet safety and productivity goals.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience, strong hydraulic/pneumatic/mechanical skills, PLC exposure, and good English communication. Lifting requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED plus manufacturing experience (4+ years).
• Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills; PLC experience; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Bindery and Finishing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds without restriction.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Perform simple machinist tasks and basic mechanical work.
• Repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; troubleshoot and repair.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders; diagnose problems and replace components as needed.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
