Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
0 - 3 Years experience in Industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on Mechanical and Electrical Equipment, and/or Equivalent Military Experience.
Beginner proficiency in Hydraulics, Mechanics, Electrical, Welding and Rigging.
Commitment to Continuous Learning to achieve increasing levels of expertise.
Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Assist with maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine inspections.
Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
May assist in managing the machines’ performance by doing equipment set up and production changeovers.
Respond to equipment breakdowns in a timely manner; maintain records and reports.
Follow all safety standards and quality protocols to exceed production standards.
Collaborate with production to solve reliability issues with urgency.
