We are Systems, LLC, a leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment. We continue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.

This role is within Systems' Manufacturing and Production group. A successful candidate is expected to:

  1. Perform facility and building maintenance including plumbing, mechanical, painting, landscaping, scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and preventive/predictive maintenance.
  2. Learn to perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment such as welding robots, fabrication equipment, hoists, lift tables, cranes, paint booths, etc.

Maintenance Technician Overview:

  • Perform facility and building maintenance including plumbing, mechanical, painting, landscaping, scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and preventive/predictive maintenance.
  • Learn to perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment such as welding robots, fabrication equipment, hoists, lift tables, cranes, paint booths, etc.
  • Follow lock-out and tag-out procedures to ensure safety.
  • Assist with dismantling machinery and replacing defective parts.
  • Log all service work, record downtime, and manage service requests.
  • Perform Lean and 5S functions related to maintenance.
  • Drive a forklift and maintain certification.
  • Operate cranes, hoists, and aerial lifts.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and ensure team compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networks, and societies.
  • Contribute to team efforts and participate in projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • No minimum education required.
  • 1+ years of related experience or an associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing machines, cranes, hoists, forklifts, and related equipment.

The pay range is $18.13-$27.14, with base pay varying based on factors like location, education, and experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, a 401(k) match, paid holidays, and 3 weeks PTO upon hire.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive plan, subject to plan terms.
