Job summary

Nabors Industries is seeking a maintenance technician to support safety and compliance initiatives while performing preventive maintenance on facility equipment. This role requires a High School Diploma and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring excellent customer service. Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of related experience in a maintenance role.
  • Experience in a chemical plant, refinery, or power plant environment is a plus.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintenance protocols.

  • Support safety and compliance initiatives.
  • Perform maintenance on facility equipment and systems.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Conduct routine inspections, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and operational support.
  • Support general facilities maintenance.
  • Support startup, shutdown and equipment isolation activities.
  • Material moving using motorized equipment
  • Initiative and strategic with assignments

High School Diploma or equivalent 0-2 years of related experience. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.

  • 2-4 years of chemical plant experience, refinery, power plant, gas processing or similar environment.
  • Proficient with MS Excl:
  • Experience with precision alignment and equipment installation
  • Ability to follow SOP and maintenance procedures.
