Fairfield Residential in Ontario, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform daily maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, assist in apartment make-readies, and maintain exterior areas to keep the property inviting and safe for residents.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, follow safety rules, use tools like power blowers and pressure washers, and help keep grounds, flowerbeds, and common areas in top condition.

Come build your future with us! # About the RoleThe Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing daily maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. This role involves responding to basic service requests, assisting in apartment make-readies, maintaining the exterior of the property, and ensuring clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times. The Maintenance Technician I will also be responsible for trash removal, light cleaning, and maintaining the property’s flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas. This position requires effective communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and adherence to all safety and compliance standards. # What You'll DoBelow is a snapshot of what this role is all about.
