Mandel Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician I for their East Pointe Commons property in Milwaukee, WI.

If you have mechanical aptitude or skilled trade experience, Mandel Group wants to hear from you. Experience in residential or commercial property management as a Maintenance Technician is a plus!

Job Duties:

• Perform general and specialized maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repairs, and glass replacement
• Respond promptly to resident work orders and update management upon completion
• Be available for on-call work, including weekends and nights
• Maintain pools, fountains, hot tubs, and amenity areas in clean and operational condition
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance including pool and apartment inspections
• Perform routine maintenance on vacant units efficiently before new resident move-in
• Perform groundskeeping duties like trash removal as needed
