Waterton in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Service (Maintenance) Technician I to maintain the community and its equipment in accordance with company guidelines. You will perform make-readies, preventive maintenance, service requests, janitorial duties, and help maintain a hazard-free environment to deliver a great resident experience.
You will also uphold safety standards and work with a team to ensure residents live in well-kept surroundings.
As a Waterton Service (Maintenance) Technician I, you are an integral part of our mission “to provide a great place to live” for our residents. You will help maintain the physical condition of the community and equipment according to company guidelines and standards. The Service Technician I completes unit make‑readies, conducts preventative maintenance, completes service requests, performs janitorial duties, and helps maintain a hazard‑free community.
Typical Base Pay Range: $22.00-$26.00 per hour, plus bonus program participation.
This pay range is base pay only and does not include any additional compensation or bonuses that this position may be eligible for. The pay range is approximate and the actual pay may vary depending on related work experience, certifications, education, and other job-related factors.
