Waterton is seeking a Maintenance Technician to prepare apartments for occupancy, performing electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and appliance repairs as part of the make-ready process. You will also conduct preventive maintenance and maintain clear records.
Additionally, you will complete resident service requests, assist in keeping grounds and common areas clean, and uphold safety standards while working in a collaborative team environment.
