Under the general direction of the Maintenance Team Manager, the Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on various production equipment at our facility.

Responsibilities
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance crafts including electrical, mechanics, welding, machine shop.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve equipment problems.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Certification to operate forklifts required.
  • Physical agility to maneuver around equipment, climb stairs, and ladders.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and at heights up to 45 ft.
  • Knowledge of CMMS and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of Planned Maintenance practices.
  • Leadership and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years related experience.
  • Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading projects or initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of financial impacts of business decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in food processing.
  • Skills in plumbing, millwright, carpentry, welding, PLC, industrial electrical, robotics, pneumatic conveying, and equipment installation.
  • Certification or apprenticeship in industrial maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and relay logic.
