Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for our Indianapolis-area industrial laundry facility. The role involves assisting with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyers and boilers, and supporting preventive/predictive maintenance.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in industrial equipment repair, ability to read English maintenance literature and blueprints, and the stamina to stand up

Qualifications

• 2+ years repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems and components including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers; assist with preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Resolve safety concerns and perform indoor and outdoor housekeeping; monitor inventory supplies and maintain maintenance records.

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to assist with maintaining an industrial laundry facility. Responsibilities include assisting with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems and components including, but not limited to, washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems and boilers; assisting with performing preventive/predictive maintenance; resolving safety concerns; performing indoor and outdoor housekeeping; monitoring inventory suppliesand maintaining maintenance records.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years'experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift
• High School Diploma/GED

Preferred

• Boiler knowledge
• HVAC experience
• Experience and ability to perform welding activities including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting and brazing
