Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support an industrial laundry facility in Coppell, TX. You will repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot equipment including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers, and perform preventive maintenance.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience, ability to read English maintenance literature and blueprints, and basic MS Office skills. Boiler knowledge and welding abilities are preferred; the position offers full-time hours

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Ability to read a blueprint.
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment in the laundry facility.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance on washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.
• Perform boiler chemical testing and adjust chemistry as needed.
• Address safety concerns and perform indoor/outdoor housekeeping.
• Maintain inventory and prepare maintenance records; coordinate with service vendors.
• Mentor Maintenance Technician I partners and support internal teams.

• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift
• High School Diploma/GED

Preferred

• Boiler knowledge
• HVAC experience
• Experience and ability to perform welding activities such as MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting and brazing
