Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 HourlyMaintenance Technician I
Compensation Range: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Employment Status: Full-time, Non-exempt.
Regular Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Rotating on-call shifts as required, Seasonal property needs may require weekends.

The Maintenance Technician I performs basic maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance tasks throughout the apartment community. This entry-level position works under the direction of senior maintenance staff along with the Property Manager and is responsible for providing excellent service to residents while maintaining the property's physical condition and curb appeal.

This position regularly works outdoors and is exposed to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, humidity, and snow. Employees may also be exposed to chemicals, electrical systems, machinery, tools, and moderate noise levels while performing maintenance duties. Safe work practices and proper use of personal protective equipment are required at all times.
