Woodward Management Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle all phases of maintenance for apartment communities in Alpharetta, GA, reporting to the Community Director. The role includes repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety and curb appeal across properties.

The candidate should have HVAC knowledge, a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be prepared for on-call rotations.

Formación

• HVAC knowledge required.
• CPO license preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Woodward Management Partners in a professional manner at all times.
• Maintain a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with residents, vendors, subordinates, employees and general public.
• Ensure property compliance with Federal Fair Housing laws and ADA, plus city/county/state rules.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Communicate with Community Director regarding issues impacting operations and financials.
• Make daily decisions to control expenses within the operating budget.
• Inspect property daily to maintain curb appeal and safety.
• Perform maintenance tasks and service requests within 24–48 hours of parts order.
• Manage inventory of ready apartments to support leasing and turnover in 3–5 business days.
• Conduct exterior light inspections and maintain preventive maintenance schedule.
• Provide on-call emergency service as required.
• Assist in grounds/commons upkeep and subcontractor management.
