This role requires 3-5+ years in trades, on-call availability, and a commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship across a multi-property portfolio in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade school and/or military training or industry designation (CAMT or CAMT II) preferred.
• 3-5+ years in trades, facilities, or residential building maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical trades, and appliance repair.
• Safety mindset and ability to work on-call and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and working order of apartments, exterior, and common areas.
• Respond to maintenance tickets with timely follow-up and quality workmanship.
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Manage make-ready and turnover process for new residents.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to preserve building value.
• Maintain building cleanliness, grounds, and snow removal; ensure safety compliance.
• Participate in weekend work and emergency on-call rotation.
