Job summary

Advanced Asset Management LLC in Texas is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to ensure reliable operation of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration systems across our facilities. You will perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and carry out preventive maintenance to keep environments safe and efficient.

You will read schematics, install and repair appliances, and document work orders while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical maintenance.
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting.
• Hands-on maintenance and repair experience with diverse machinery.
• Construction or building infrastructure exposure is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles safely.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, kitchen appliances, and other facility machinery.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues and perform repairs.
• Conduct appliance repair and installation tasks for commercial equipment including kitchen appliances and refrigeration units.
• Maintain HVAC systems by servicing air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation fans, and related components.
• Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries as needed.
• Document maintenance activities in logs or work orders and report safety hazards or failures promptly.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and uphold safety standards.
