Job summary

The Navy Inn in Fallon, NV, operated by the Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM), is seeking a Maintenance Worker to support the Naval community with basic plumbing, HVAC and general maintenance tasks. The role is on-site at Fallon, within a federal lodging facility serving service members and families.

Candidates should have at least three years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Three years of general maintenance experience across trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
One year of experience in upkeep of buildings, grounds, fixtures, and equipment.
Specialized knowledge of safety and environmental regulations applicable to maintenance work.
Ability to stand, stoop, bend, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform basic plumbing repairs.
Conduct routine maintenance on washers and dryers.
Maintain HVAC systems.
Support on-site facilities and equipment.
