Job summary

Responsibilities include plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical repairs, plus general facilities maintenance and safety compliance. The role requires 3–5 years of experience, basic computer skills, and a willingness to lift moderately to heavily. The standard shift is 9:30am–6pm with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and diagnostics.
• Ability to perform plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing repair and installation.
• HVAC troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair; conduit work a plus.
• Mechanical fault analysis and repair.
• Facilities maintenance including doors, locks, roof, patching and painting.
• Adhere to LOTO safety procedures.
