Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Inspect and troubleshoot systems, equipment, and appliances.
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner and accurately document completed tasks.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure safety and functionality.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in, including repairs, touch-ups, and cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
