Job summary

Sentral is hiring a Maintenance Technician I to maintain and repair mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines across our residential communities. The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and HVAC system maintenance, with a strong customer service focus for residents and guests.

The position is on-site with a rotating on-call schedule. Ideal candidates will be proactive, possess problem-solving abilities, and take ownership of tasks while ensuring

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus.
• CPO and HVAC certifications are required.
• Experience with routine maintenance and safety inspections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance: painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC system upkeep.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement repairs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and on-call rotations.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance inventories and coordinate with vendors.
