Job summary

Sage Ventures in Maryland is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and structures, plus grounds upkeep. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will handle HVAC preventive maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs while delivering good customer service.

You must have at least one year of related experience, own your tools, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be willing to be on call on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

HVAC and appliance repair knowledge with at least one year of experience.
General maintenance knowledge including grounds upkeep.
Must have own tools and valid driver's license (if required by location).
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with minimal supervision.
Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Perform HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation as needed.
Handle electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks on facilities and units.
Make readies, turns, and process work orders.
Provide reliable grounds maintenance for properties.
