Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair building systems across communities. The role involves routine upkeep of HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, landscaping, and kitchen equipment, plus responding to maintenance requests from community directors and residents.

Candidates should be comfortable coordinating with fire marshals and inspectors to meet regulations, ensuring safe, clean, and well‑functioning living spaces for residents

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to perform scheduled and unscheduled upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, elevator, fire/sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen gear, and emergency pull cords.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as scheduled or assigned; respond to requests from directors and residents.
• Communicate with local fire marshal and building inspectors to ensure compliance.
