University City Housing seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled duties across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general building repairs. You will diagnose issues, repair systems, and ensure quality service for residents.

Responsibilities include maintaining service records, renovating units, and ensuring on-time completion of tasks, with snow removal and preventative maintenance as needed. On-site work at properties in the Philadelphia metro area.

Qualifications

• Team player capable of working independently or with a team.
• Ability to prioritize urgent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, assess and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, walls and floors.
• Maintain service records and documentation of work performed.
• Renovate homes and prepare them for move-in; ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Perform snow removal and undertake preventative maintenance tasks.
