• Handle administrative duties related to maintenance reporting requirements.

• Perform basic carpentry, painting and plumbing tasks.
• Maintain grounds, landscaping and waste/water treatment equipment.
• Drive to other locations for similar duties as needed.
• Uphold safety protocols and environmental disposal procedures.
