Qualifications

• Minimum of one or more years of work experience in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of Cal OSHA and OSHA safety regulations.
• Knowledge of and proper use of specialized departmental equipment in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to read construction, electrical, and equipment drawings/schematics.
• Effective written and oral communication; able to present and respond to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of general carpentry, electrical, and plumbing preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Perform HVAC preventative maintenance.
• Repair interior walls, drywall, painting, and finish work.
• Procure supplies and materials for projects.
• Contribute to other duties and special projects as assigned.
