Job summary

Nirvana Cannabis is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities across Arizona safe, comfortable, and efficient. You’ll report to the Facilities Maintenance Manager and work with Operations, Store Management, and vendors to maintain heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.

This full-time role requires hands-on problem solving, the ability to travel between locations, and a strong commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred).
• Commercial HVAC maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Arizona Driver License.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and climb ladders.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and rooftop equipment.
• Replace filters, motors, belts, capacitors, contactors, thermostats, and other HVAC components.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and complete repairs.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or replacements.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Respond to service requests and emergency maintenance calls.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders.Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and specialized service.
• Travel between company locations to support facility maintenance needs.

About The Role

This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems across multiple company facilities throughout Arizona.

You’ll report directly to the Facilities Maintenance Manager while working closely with Operations, Store Management, and outside vendors to ensure our heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems remain safe, reliable, and efficient.
