Job summary

Jasper Engines & Transmissions is seeking a Maintenance HVAC Technician at the Jasper HQ in Jasper, IN. The role focuses on inspecting and diagnosing HVAC, chillers, and boiler systems, with on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and part fabrication.

You will participate in on-call rotations and coordinate with leadership to complete work orders. Typical work includes routine checks, emergency response, and reporting repair status.

Qualifications

• Experience as HVAC technician required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Available for on-call rotation to respond to emergencies.
• Reliability and adherence to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose HVAC systems and components.
• Install and repair heating and air conditioning equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with Team Leader to complete work orders.
• Respond to emergencies during on-call rotation.
• Prepare repair status and activity logs.
• Order parts and maintain inventory for installs.
• Fabricate equipment parts as needed.

Job Description:Maintenance HVAC TechnicianLocation: Jasper HQ - Jasper, IN815 Wernsing Road, Jasper IN 47546Job Overview: As a member of the Facility Maintenance Team, you are primarily responsible for inspecting and diagnosing the causes, problems, and failures in heating and air conditioning systems.
