Bella Vista Park Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Maintenance Assistant (also must have Make Ready experience). Hourly Rate $25.00

Duties:

1. Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
2. Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
3. Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
4. Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
5. Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Must meet the following qualifications:

• At least 12 months of onsite experience
• Possess valid Identification
• Make Ready Experience/Porter experience
• A/C certification – HVAC is preferred
