Base pay range

$24.00/yr - $28.00/yr

Banyan Living is a leader in the ownership and management of luxury apartment homes across the greater Cleveland and Columbus metropolitan areas. We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician with HVAC certification to join our dedicated team.

In this key role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, as well as performing a variety of other maintenance tasks to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our residents. If you are a skilled technician with a strong commitment to service and quality, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, appliances, and other mechanical equipment
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Document all maintenance activities and communicate effectively with property management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC certification is required
