Greystar is hiring for a hands-on property maintenance role at Avana Hamptons in Puyallup, WA. Responsibilities include completing service requests, appliance repairs, and preparing units for move-ins. You’ll maintain exterior areas, assist with vendor coordination, and perform routine equipment inspections.

The role emphasizes safe tool use, basic carpentry and plumbing skills, plus strong communication and MS Office readiness. Onsite housing discounts and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs).
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing the “make-ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and other duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment.
