Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold mechanical and electrical systems across our properties. You will perform preventive maintenance and respond to repairs to ensure a premier guest experience.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in maintenance, technical aptitude in at least one core trade, CMMS experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Full-time schedule with weekends and holidays and $24.00–$28.00 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Technical competency in at least one core building maintenance trade.
• CMMS experience preferred; computer proficiency required.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude with willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain all mechanical & electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance checklists on association equipment & facilities.
• Perform annual preventive maintenance inspections on individual program units.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities as directed by supervision.
• Fulfill guest and owner requests for work and document completed work.
• Participate in the on-call maintenance program.
