What You’ll Be Doing As a Maintenance Technician

• Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape.
• Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems in good working order.
• Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within the established time frame.
• Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with your supervisor.
• Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare sites for inspections.
• Maintain workplace safety policies and standards, including current COVID-19 standards.
• Rotating on-call responsibility for emergency maintenance repairs.

Compensation

• $26.23/hour

Qualifications

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have at least 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience, preferably with affordable housing experience.
• You’re able to work our emergency on-call rotation as needed, can lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for an 8-hour shift (8 am - 5 pm).
• You are committed to exceeding expectations by providing exceptional service.
