Job summary
R&R Facilities in Gravette, AR is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician / Handyman to support building upkeep and safety. You will work on construction tasks, perform preventive maintenance, and help keep our facilities compliant with OSHA and EPA guidelines.
The role requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and use a variety of tools. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and weekly pay, with potential weekend/holiday shifts as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years handyman or maintenance experience.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Safe operation of power tools and construction equipment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain construction sites, clear debris and hazards, and load/unload materials.
- Perform general construction tasks such as digging trenches, compacting earth, and building/dismantling scaffolding.
- Assist skilled craft workers as needed.
- Install, maintain, and repair ventilation systems and equipment.
- Perform monthly maintenance and safety checks to stay OSHA compliant.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
- Maintain maintenance records per City/State/EPA requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
