DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our facilities team serving automotive facilities in the Washington DC, Baltimore, Northern Virginia area. The role includes preventative maintenance of HVAC and equipment, basic plumbing and electrical work, and handyman tasks.

A company-owned vehicle is provided. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2-3 years of building maintenance or handyman experience, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years’ experience with building maintenance or Handyman experience.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Flexible with work schedule.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate projects.

Responsabilités

• Preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment (HVAC systems and air filters).
• Basic plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Basic electrical repairs.
• Basic handyman tasks and installations.
• Document regular facilities inspections.
• Provide assistance to team members and supervisors.

Potential Earning Based on Experience 60K-65K

Eastern Diversified Properties, Inc. (”“EDP””), a subsidiary of the DARCARS Automotive Group, is looking for a Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our facilities team that services multiple automotive facilities in the Washington DC, Baltimore, Northern Virginia area.

This person will be an integral part in supporting EDP’s ongoing efforts to ensure the safety and comfort of employees and customers in our automotive dealership facilities. A company owned vehicle is provided.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment (i.e. HVAC System and Air Compressor Filters).
• Can perform basic plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Can perform basic electrical repairs.
• Can perform basic Handyman functions.
• Is involved with, and documents regular facilities inspections.
• Recommends maintenance initiatives to supervisors.
• Provides assistance to other team members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years’ experience with building maintenance or Handyman experience
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to coordinate a variety of different projects and on-going assignments.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Flexible with work schedule
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record with the ability to operate a truck safely and efficiently.
