Job summary

Darcars is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Handyman in Silver Spring, Maryland, to support multiple automotive facilities. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance and will handle plumbing, electrical repairs, and preventative maintenance.

This position comes with competitive pay up to $65K, medical and dental insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. A valid driver's license is required, and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance or handyman roles.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Execute basic plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct regular facilities inspections and document findings.
• Recommend maintenance initiatives to supervisors.
