Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Moline Investment Management [MIM] | Moline Management, LLC is seeking a reliable, skilled part-time Maintenance Technician/Handyman to manage the upkeep of residential rental communities in Aurora, Missouri.

The ideal candidate will enjoy physical, hands-on work, and must be able to work independently with little supervision. Applicants MUST have a valid driver license.

Duties will vary day to day, including:

• Handling routine work orders and emergency maintenance requests
