Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Louisville, Kentucky community. You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, while delivering outstanding resident service.

Maintain both interior and exterior spaces to company standards, respond to service tickets, and communicate repairs clearly with residents and staff. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, with on-call expectations as needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting.
• Ability to maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards.
• Respond to maintenance tickets promptly and professionally.
• Strong communication with residents and staff.
