Qualifications

• Possesses a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 yrs experience in Manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (speak, read, and write).
• Ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and perform position responsibilities accurately and to deadline.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, adjust, and replace electrical equipment such as controls, sensors, fuses, motor starters, relays, switches, and timers.
• Repair and maintain high-pressure pasteurization equipment.
• Inspect and repair mechanical components like motors, belts, bearings, and conveyors.
• Inspect and repair pneumatic equipment including air compressors, pumps, and cylinders.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment including conveyors, HVAC, and pumps.
• Follow facility Document Control Policy after training.
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
