You will perform preventive and routine maintenance on building systems, operate PITs, inspect and repair MHE, coordinate with vendors, and maintain parts and logs to support safety and uptime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year hands-on maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain forklift license through the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems including dock doors and overhead doors.
• Operate all types of powered industrial trucks and MHE; conduct inspections and assist with repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance services and manage service records.
