Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Diagnose potential problems, perform repairs, and document outcomes.
• Operate scissor lift for lighting maintenance.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with the maintenance team.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems run efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
