Novae LLC in Carbondale, PA is hiring a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. The role requires following safety and operation guidelines and performing preventative maintenance as scheduled.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in industrial maintenance or 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, and be able to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must provide own hand tools.
• Overtime availability for projects and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with electrical systems (480V/240V/120V).
• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Robotic equipment experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and maintain production machines and facility equipment; perform routine maintenance per schedule.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs to keep production running safely.
• Assemble or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, piping, and plumbing.
• Complete mechanical elements of projects from corrective actions relating to safety and quality.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized workspace and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Read equipment manuals, work orders, and blueprints to complete repairs.
• Order parts and materials under Maintenance Manager direction.
• Coordinate routine building maintenance with outside vendors under Maintenance Manager direction.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
