Job summary

Novea LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Carbondale, PA to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment following safety guidelines.

The role requires an Associate degree or 2+ years of industrial maintenance, with responsibilities including preventive maintenance, wiring/electrical work, and coordinating parts with the Maintenance Manager. Overtime and strong attention to detail are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must provide own hand tools.
• Overtime or outside normal hours may be required.
• Experience with electrical systems (480v/240v/120v, single and 3 phase) desired.
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and maintain production machines and facility equipment; perform routine maintenance per schedule.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs to keep production running safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, piping, and plumbing.
• Complete mechanical elements of projects from corrective actions relating to safety and quality.
• Read manuals, work orders, and blueprints to complete repairs and maintenance.
