Job summary

Blue Flame Management operates three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne — the Hampton Inn Dupont, the Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites North.

As a Maintenance Technician you will perform preventive maintenance tasks, execute the preventive maintenance program, and monitor work orders in the Quore system to keep public spaces and guest rooms properly maintained. You will also complete assigned work orders efficiently and maintain property grounds and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience in maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, your general responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance tasks and assignments, executing and maintaining the preventive maintenance program, and monitoring work orders effectively using the Quore program to ensure public spaces and guest rooms are properly maintained. You will also complete assigned work orders efficiently and effectively, and maintain property grounds and curb appeal.

Examples of maintenance needs include HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, boiler/chiller, and plumbing.

Qualifications:
