Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks/assignments as instructed and complete the preventive maintenance program.
• Monitor work orders using the Quore program to ensure the maintenance of public spaces and guest rooms.
• Complete assigned work orders efficiently and effectively; maintain property grounds and curb appeal.
• Address maintenance needs across HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, boiler/chiller, and plumbing as required.
