Job summary

I & MJ Gross Company Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across residential facilities. The role requires troubleshooting, basic plumbing, electrical and mechanical work, and strong customer service to residents and staff.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, preparing suites for move-ins, and maintaining both interior and exterior spaces. On-call rotations are part of the full-time schedule; opportunities for growth and benefits

Qualifications

• Knowledge of residential facility maintenance including basic plumbing, electrical and mechanical, with strong troubleshooting and customer service.

Job description

As our Maintenance Technician, you must have working knowledge of all aspects of residential facility maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical, & mechanical) including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full time position with on-call rotations.

Responsibilities include:

• Completes a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs
• Responds to work orders
• Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins
• Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep
• Appliance installation & repair
• Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures
• Basic HVAC maintenance
• Knowledgeable with hand & power tools
• Maintains safe and clean working environment
• All other duties as assigned
