Job summary
CAF Management AZ LLC - Autumn Creek is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep apartment communities safe and well-maintained onsite in Chandler, AZ.
You’ll diagnose and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues, respond to service requests, and support with turns and preventive maintenance.
The role offers a competitive hourly rate plus commission, on-call rotation, and opportunities to grow within a performance-driven company.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance.
- Knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry.
- Strong customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) and participate in on-call rotation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance service requests from residents.
- Diagnose and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues.
- Assist with apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and inspections.
- Maintain tools, inventory, and workspaces in an organized and safe manner.
- Support curb appeal and common area maintenance projects.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and in compliance with Fair Housing.
- Communicate with residents and the Property Manager about repairs and follow-up.
